Position Overview

$45,000 Base + $55K–$60K+ First Year Potential

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to provide Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance solutions
  • Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and set appointments
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects
  • Cross-sell and identify additional opportunities to help customers
  • Follow a proven sales process with hands-on coaching and support
  • Hit daily and weekly activity goals in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Property and Casualty Licenses preferred
  • Sales experience required
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Coachable with a desire to improve and grow
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Willing to obtain insurance licenses (if not already licensed)
  • Must be able to work in office. This position is not remote.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $45,000 base salary
  • $55,000–$60,000+ expected first-year earnings
